The calendar below shows the existing bookings at Cowley Adventure for our campsites, buildings and activities. Use the drop down at the top to choose the facility you are interested in, to see whether there is availability. Each facility is colour coded to help you view it more easily.
For residential stays, you can make a provisional booking directly into the calendar via the Hallmaster Booking System below. This will secure your request whilst we provide you with a quote, and you organise to pay a deposit, which is due within 2 weeks of receipt of the invoice. Click the plus sign on your chosen arrival date to be taken to the booking site where you will need to register and make your provisional booking.
Our standard arrival and departure times are as follows:
For activities, you will need to email [email protected] to request your activities. These are more complicated as we will need to ensure instructors/volunteers are available. Your booking will be added to the Hallmaster booking system by our admin team.
For large scale events: If you are thinking about booking the whole main site, or the whole site including Bubbs Hill, for example for a large scale event such as a county camp, or for a private party, please contact us to discuss this.

- Indoor residentials arrivals are after 4pm and departure should be by 4pm
- Outdoor residentials arrivals are after 2pm and departure should be by 12 noon

- Choose the venue you wish to book. If you are booking a larger event you can choose more than one venue by ticking all that apply.
- The event name is required when you book, but it is also used by our admin team to manage the booking. Please use your group/organisation name. If you put anything else, we will amend it.
- You need to include a number of people, this can be estimated initially but please ensure we have your final numbers by 4 weeks before your stay.
- Please ensure you include accurate arrival and departure times.
- If you know you would like to take part in some of the site activities during your stay or would like the have the shop open, please add these as line items to indicate this to us. We'll then liaise with you to make firm bookings for these which will be added to Hallmaster in due course.
- You will need to read and agree to the booking terms & conditions.
- Your booking will always show as a 'provisional booking' or a 'private booking' on the calendar above. We will never put your personal details on display.
