BUBBS HILL CAMPING
The Bubbs Hill camping pitches can be booked for residential or day visits. Please visit our day visits - outdoor page for more information on short term bookings.

Bubbs Hill is our second site and is a short walk from the Deer Park site (about 3 minutes). This facility is available to everyone.

There are two camping pitches on Bubbs Hill. The first is at the bottom of the hill and the second, our greenfield camping space, is towards the top of the hill. Each is spacious enough for large groups.

The bottom pitch has access to a small kitchen with a tall fridge and freezer, kettle and sink. There is also an outdoor pot wash area with two large sinks.
The top pitch does not have any catering facilities. Both pitches have a drinking water tap. |

The bottom pitch has shared use of the toilet/shower block which includes 3 single toilets with hand basin, and 2 accessible toilet/shower rooms, one with a changing table.
The top pitch has no toilet facilities so groups will need to provide their own camp toilets. There is the facility to dispose of chemical toilet waste. Facilities are shared but they are sanitised regularly. |

The bottom pitch has two accessible showers.

The bottom pitch has access to a hard shelter with electric lighting.

We are not permitted to have a large number of cars on the field. Only one vehicle is allowed to park just inside the gate from the main road for offloading/loading. Other vehicles may park temporarily in the top of the Green Dragon car park for offloading/loading. All vehicles should be moved to the Deer Park site car park for more general parking.

prices & booking conditions
Prices vary depending on whether your group is from Girlguiding Gloucestershire, another youth group or non-profit, or from another organisation. Please check the most up to date fees on the prices page.
You can view the availability of your chosen accommodation online and request a booking via our Hallmaster booking system.
For outdoor residentials, arrivals are after 2pm and departure is by 12 noon. Groups booking beyond these times will be charged the sessional rate for the additional time booked.
All groups staying overnight at Cowley Adventure must have DBS checks in place for the adults in the group.
