2025 PRICE LIST

Below are our prices for 2025. All deposits and payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. All bookings are subject to the booking terms & conditions.

Our pricing structure explained:

• Girlguiding Gloucestershire groups are subsidised by the county and therefore receive the discounted rate.
• Non-profit refers to other youth organisations such as Scouting groups, as well as schools (excluding private schools) and not-for-profit organisations.
• Standard pricing applies to any booking that doesn't fall into the above categories.

residential bookings

Our standard arrival and departure times are as follows:

• Indoor residentials arrivals are after 4pm and departure should be by 4pm
• Outdoor residentials arrivals are after 2pm and departure should be by 12 noon

If you wish to arrive early or depart late then the hourly (indoor) or sessional (outdoor) fees apply for that part of your booking.

Prices above are for a group of up to 12 participants unless stated otherwise. For smaller groups of up to 8 participants on archery, zip wire and pistols, we can run hour long sessions at a reduced price. Please talk to us about this.
At least one adult must be present for all activities (2 for zip wire) to provide supervision under the guidance of the attending instructor.
